Arolling durability tester

Test the durability performance of mattress rolling, edge pressing, etc.

Standard basis: QB/T 1952.2-2011 BS EN 1957-2012 ASTM 1566-014

(Note: The testing methods of BS EN 1957-2012 and QB/T 1952.2-2011 are basically the same)

1. Suitable for mattress maximum size: 2.2m * 2.0m * 0.4m

2. (QB/T 1952.2-2011) requires one drum: diameter 300mm × 1000, effective load: 1400 ± 7 N

(ASTM 1566-09) requires a hexagonal drum with a side length of 250mm x 6 and an effective load of 109 ± 4KG, which can be freely interchanged

(QB/T 1952.2-2011) Rolling distance: ± 250 mm (total 500mm)

(ASTM 1566-09) Maximum distance setting for rolling: 500-1700mm

3. Speed control display: sine curve diagram

4. Cycle times: adjustable within 5-16 ± 2/min

5. Load sensor testing range: 0-2 kN

6. Displacement sensor testing accuracy:<1 µ m

7. Rolling speed 0.5-20000 mm/min

8. Automatic testing of soft hardness calculation (GB, EN, and ASTM calculations are different)

9. Compressed air requirement: 6 kg/cm2 or more (self provided independent air pump is recommended to use 2KW or more)
